ORS 759.655: Authority of commission to regulate attachments.

The Public Utility Commission of Oregon shall have the authority to regulate in the public interest the rates, terms and conditions for attachments by licensees to poles or other facilities of telecommunications utilities. All rates, terms and conditions made, demanded or received by any telecommunications utility for any attachment by a licensee shall be just, fair and reasonable.
