ORS 777.365: Name change of port; notice.

A board may, within 60 days following an order of annexation, change the name of the port by order made at any regular meeting. Notice of the proposed change, including the new name, shall be given by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the port once a week for three successive weeks prior to the meeting.
