ORS 777.465: Disposition of refunding bonds.

The refunding bonds may be exchanged par value for par value for the bonds they are issued to refund and may be issued and delivered to a judgment creditor in the amount of the judgment, or the bonds may be advertised for sale and sold for not less than the par value thereof.
