ORS 778.005: Definitions.

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:

      (1) “Board” means the board of commissioners of the Port of Portland.

      (2) “Port” means The Port of Portland.

      (3) “Elector” means an elector residing in the port.

      (4) “Portland metropolitan area” means the Oregon portion of a metropolitan statistical area as designated by the United States Office of Management and Budget with an Oregon population of more than 750,000.
