Chapter 811 — Rules of the Road for Drivers

(1) A person commits the offense of giving a false collision report if the person gives information in any report required under ORS 811.725 or 811.730, knowing or having reason to believe that such information is false.

(2) The offense described in this section, giving a false collision report, is a Class B misdemeanor.
