ORS 825.320: Carrier’s annual report to department.

On or before April 1 of each year, unless additional time is granted, every certificated motor carrier shall file with the Department of Transportation a report, verified under oath by its chief officer, agent or owner, in such form and containing such information as the department shall prescribe, covering the year ending December 31 next preceding.
