ORS 94.565: Planned community to be created under ORS 94.550 to 94.783; exception; conveyance of lot or unit prohibited until declaration recorded.

(1) Except as provided in ORS 94.570, a person may not create a planned community in this state except as provided in ORS 94.550 to 94.783.

      (2) A person may not convey any lot or unit in a planned community until the planned community is created by the recording of the declaration for the planned community with the county recording officer of each county in which the planned community is located.
