Chapter 94 — Real Property Development

(1) In addition to any other penalty provided by law, the Real Estate Commissioner may impose a civil penalty for violation of the provisions of ORS 94.803 and 94.807 to 94.945. No civil penalty shall exceed $1,000 per violation.

(2) Civil penalties under this section shall be imposed as provided in ORS 183.745.
