51 Pa.C.S. § 4631: Order for child support.

If a court has issued an order granting caretaking authority under this subchapter or an agreement granting caretaking authority has been entered into under Subchapter B (relating to agreement addressing custodial responsibility during deployment), the court may enter a temporary order for child support consistent with law of this Commonwealth other than this chapter if the court has jurisdiction under 23 Pa.C.S. Pt. VIII (relating to uniform interstate family support).
