73 Pa.C.S. § 2104: Reports to auditors.

The board of commissioners shall annually, on or before the first day of February, furnish to the township auditors information concerning the construction, reconstruction, maintenance and repair of streets or other matters that may be required by a department of the Commonwealth to be included in the annual township report.
