CHAPTER 27 TOWNSHIP SECRETARY

The board of commissioners shall appoint a secretary to serve at the pleasure of the board and who may not be a member of the board. The secretary shall act as secretary of the board. The secretary's salary shall be fixed by ordinance or resolution.
