73 Pa.C.S. § 3107: Management and improvement of township finances.

CHAPTER 31 CONTROLLER

The township controller shall, as often as the township controller may deem expedient or the board of commissioners shall direct, suggest plans to the board of commissioners for the management and improvement of the township finances.
