CHAPTER 41 POLICE

The president of the board of commissioners may:

(1) Confirm a member of a volunteer fire company nominated to serve as special fire police under 35 Pa.C.S. Ch. 74 Subch. D (relating to special fire police).

(2) Swear in or affirm special fire police officers.
