73 Pa.C.S. § 4354: Sale of real or personal property to nonprofit housing corporation.

The board of commissioners may sell to a nonprofit housing corporation any township-owned:

(1) Real property for the nonprofit housing corporation's exclusive use for housing for the elderly.

(2) Personal property for the nonprofit housing corporation's use at the nonprofit housing corporation.
