73 Pa.C.S. § 4913: Delivery of duplicates.

The board of commissioners shall, within 30 days after adoption of the budget or within 30 days after receipt of the assessment roll from the county, whichever is later, deliver a duplicate of the assessment of township taxes to the township tax collector, together with the board's warrant for collection of the taxes.
