75 Pa.C.S. § 3805.2: Online services for ignition interlock driver's license.

(a) Establishment.--The department shall add services to its existing and any subsequent online portal for an ignition interlock driver's license as provided under section 3805.1 (relating to ignition interlock driver's license).

(b) Additional services.--In addition to the initial application process, the department shall provide the following services on its existing online portal for persons who hold an ignition interlock driver's license:

(1) Vehicle-to-vehicle transfers of an ignition interlock device.

(2) Adding or removing a motor vehicle from the authorized list of interlock-restricted vehicles.

(3) Application for removal of the ignition interlock device once program obligations are met.

(c) Timeline for service.--The department shall review and respond to ignition interlock service requests submitted in the portal by telephone or email within five business days.
