R.I. Gen. Laws § 21-17-13: Penalty for violations.

Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 21-17-12 shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00), nor more than one hundred dollars ($100), for each offense.
