CHAPTER 105 Medical Spas Safety Act

The department shall, by July 1, 2026, promulgate rules and regulations necessary and not inconsistent with law to implement the purpose and intent of this chapter, which rules and regulations shall provide for, though not be limited to, the licensing of medical spas as healthcare facilities.
