R.I. Gen. Laws § 23-14.1-8: Contracts required.

Prior to being granted loan repayment, each eligible health professional shall enter into a contract with the department agreeing to the terms and conditions upon which the loan repayment is granted. The contract shall include any provisions that are required to fulfill the purposes of this chapter and those deemed advisable by the director.
