R.I. Gen. Laws § 23-18.16-4: Reporting — Determination of compliance — Orders — Appeals.

All publications will report on an annual basis their annual rate of purchase of post consumer materials to the department of environmental management. A person adversely affected or aggrieved by the issuance of an order under the provisions of this section may seek judicial review of an order in the superior courts.
