Chapter 18.6 Large Group Health Insurance Coverage

The purpose of this chapter is to insure compliance of all policies, contracts, certificates, and agreements of group health insurance coverage offered or delivered in this state with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (Pub. L. No. 104-191).
