Chapter 2.1 Additional Fees for Foreign Insurance Companies

Any foreign insurance company applying for licensure within the state of Rhode Island to transact insurance business must upon filing of an application submit to the insurance commissioner a nonrefundable application fee of one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200).
