R.I. Gen. Laws § 27-4-24.5: Judicial review of orders and decisions.

Any final order or decision of the commissioner, including any order made after a hearing under the provisions of § 27-4-24.3 or 27-4-24.4, shall be subject to review in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42.
