Chapter 44 Casualty, Liability and Fire and Marine Insurance Rating

Any hearing conducted pursuant to this chapter shall be held in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act (“APA”), chapter 35 of title 42, to the extent that the APA does not conflict with any provision of law contained in this chapter.
