R.I. Gen. Laws § 27-6-17: Notice of disapproval within waiting period.

If, within the waiting period or any extension, as provided in § 27-6-11, the commissioner finds that a filing does not meet the requirements of this chapter, the commissioner shall send to the insurer or rating organization which made that filing written notice of disapproval of that filing specifying in what respects the commissioner finds that filing fails to meet the requirements of this chapter and stating that the filing shall not become effective.
