R.I. Gen. Laws § 27-9-32: Unlawful practices of advisory organizations.

If, after a hearing, the commissioner finds that the furnishing of information or assistance by an advisory organization involves any act or practice that is unfair or unreasonable or inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, the commissioner may issue a written order specifying in what respects the act or practice is unfair or unreasonable or inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, and requiring the discontinuance of the act or practice.
