R.I. Gen. Laws § 27-9-37: Reports on examinations — Hearing and filing.

The commissioner shall prepare a report of any examination referred to in § 27-9-36 and shall, within a reasonable time following completion of that report, furnish each rating organization, advisory organization, or group, association, or other organization examined with a copy of it. Any rating organization, advisory organization, or group, association, or other organization may, within thirty (30) days after the receipt of a copy of the report, request the commissioner for a hearing, which shall be held by the commissioner upon ten (10) days’ written notice to the rating organization, advisory organization, group, association, or other organization. Following the hearing the commissioner may affirm, modify, or withdraw the commissioner’s report. Any report, or modification of a report, shall be filed following the hearing in the office of the commissioner as a public record, or if no hearing is requested within the period of thirty (30) days, the report shall be filed at the expiration of that period.
