R.I. Gen. Laws § 31-5-18.3: Sale of all-terrain vehicles (ATV’s).

(a) No motor vehicle dealer licensed under the provisions of this chapter shall sell, lease, or rent any class of all-terrain vehicle to any person under the age of sixteen (16) years.

(b) Violations of this section shall be grounds for denial, suspension or revocation of the dealers license under § 31-5-11 and also be subject to the penalties provided by § 31-5-14.
