R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-64.3-10.1: Qualified business facilities in two enterprise zones.

Notwithstanding the provisions of this chapter, when a qualified business has separate manufacturing facilities in two separate enterprise zones, the qualified business will continue to maintain its qualified status with respect to the enterprise zones if the net addition of new employees of both sites combined meets or exceed the requirements of § 42-64.3-3(6).
