R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-64.9-11: Expedited permit process.

Any building designated by the enterprise zone council as a certified building shall be immediately forwarded by the building owner to the governor and the board of directors of the Rhode Island economic development corporation for consideration as a project of critical economic concern as that term is defined in § 42-117-3 and shall be entitled to the benefits of chapter 117 of this title.
