R.I. Gen. Laws § 45-70-6: Rules and regulations — Report.

The state planning council is hereby authorized and empowered to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter no later than December 31, 2022. The department of administration, division of statewide planning, shall submit to the governor, the speaker of the house of representatives, and the senate president, a report detailing the program development and completion levels of training by board members of each community no later than April 30, 2027.
