R.I. Gen. Laws § 5-68.1-10: Fees.

(a) The director, in consultation with the board, shall establish an initial application fee as set forth in § 23-1-54 and a license renewal fee that shall be prescribed in rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to § 5-68.1-15.

(b) The proceeds of any fees collected pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited in the general fund as general revenues.
