ARTICLE 9 Governor's Nuclear Advisory Council

There is hereby established a Nuclear Advisory Council in the SC Nexus for Advanced Resilient Energy at the Department of Commerce, which shall be responsible to the Secretary of the Department of Commerce and the council shall report to the Governor. The council shall be referred to as the Governor's Nuclear Advisory Council.
