ARTICLE 1 Office; Election; Qualification; Vacancies

Before receiving their commissions the several clerks shall enter into bond, to be approved, recorded and filed as prescribed in Sections 8-3-130 to 8-3-150 in the penal sum of ten thousand dollars.
