ARTICLE 8 The Protection of Vulnerable Adults from Financial Exploitation

If a qualified individual reasonably believes that the financial exploitation of an eligible adult may have occurred, may have been attempted, or is being attempted, then the qualified individual may promptly notify the agencies.
