S.C. Code Ann. § 37-29-100: PalmettoPride established; purpose.

There is established PalmettoPride, an eleemosynary, nonprofit corporation organized pursuant to Chapter 31, Title 33 and Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, which is authorized to coordinate and implement statewide and local programs for litter control.
