CHAPTER 77 Electronic Dissemination of Commercial Recordings or Audiovisual Works

(A) A violation of this chapter constitutes an unfair trade practice pursuant to Section 39-5-20.

(B) A public or private right or remedy prescribed by Chapter 5 may be used to enforce this chapter.
