CHAPTER 21 Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Family Support Services

The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities may contract with or make grants to agencies or individuals to provide for a Family Support Program in accordance with this chapter. Services and supports developed must be flexible to address individual and family needs.
