S.C. Code Ann. § 44-38-320: Definitions.

As used in this article:

(1) "System" means the South Carolina Head and Spinal Cord Injury Service Delivery System as established in this article;

(2) "State plan" means the plan developed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities pursuant to this article for a comprehensive system of services for persons with head and spinal cord injuries.

(3) "Office" means Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, a component office of the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities.
