S.C. Code Ann. § 48-5-30: South Carolina Water Quality Revolving Fund Authority created; membership of authority.

There is created the South Carolina Water Quality Revolving Fund Authority. The authority is a public instrumentality of this State and the exercise by it of a power conferred in this chapter is the performance of an essential public function. The members of the State Fiscal Accountability Authority comprise the authority.
