S.C. Code Ann. § 56-2-5140: Operating UTV's near agricultural operations.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a farmer with a valid SCATE card from the South Carolina Department of Agriculture and a valid driver's license may operate a UTV or other similarly motorized vehicle with a top speed less than fifty-five miles per hour without restriction, if it is being operated within ten miles of the operator's agricultural operation.
