S.C. Code Ann. § 57-5-1335: Department to make feasibility study prior to bridge construction qualifying as choice lane facility.

The department, before constructing a bridge or replacing an existing bridge which is or is anticipated to be designated as a choice lane facility, shall conduct the feasibility study referenced in Section 57-5-1330 and shall forward copies of the study to the Chairman of the Transportation and Finance Committees of the Senate and the Education and Public Works and Ways and Means Committees of the House of Representatives within fifteen days of the completion of the study.
