CHAPTER 1-24A. PRIVATE CONSULTANTS TO STATE AGENCIES

For purposes of this chapter, "consulting contract" means a written contract or written agreement for consulting services to the state paid out of contractual services accounts, as specified by the commissioner of finance and management pursuant to subdivision 4-7-1(6).
