SDCL § 1-33-3: Bureaus and other agencies constituting department.

The Department of Executive Management consists of the Bureau of Finance and Management, the Bureau of Human Resources and Administration, the Bureau of Information and Technology, the Governor's Office of Economic Development, and any other agencies created by administrative action or law and placed under the Department of Executive Management.
