CHAPTER 1-33. DEPARTMENT OF EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT

To effectuate the purposes of this chapter, the South Dakota Board of Regents may provide and enter into an agreement for the joint exercise of governmental power with the Bureau of Information and Technology.
