SDCL § 1-33-48: Commissioner allowed to enter into agreements to acquire equipment.

The commissioner of the Bureau of Information and Technology may enter into purchase or lease-purchase agreements providing for the acquisition of equipment for state boards, commissions, agencies, and instrumentalities, and shall have all powers determined by the commissioner to be necessary to accomplish this purpose.
