SDCL § 1-33-54: Data processing service and maintenance contracts--Limitation of remedies.

The commissioner of the Bureau of Information and Technology may enter into automatic data processing equipment and maintenance contracts which contain reasonable and lawful provisions regarding limitation of remedies. Nothing in this section, however, shall authorize a limitation of remedies which is contrary to the provisions of chapter 53-9.
