SDCL § 1-39-2.1: Nomination of persons for position of secretary of game, fish and parks.

In addition to the other functions and responsibilities of the Game, Fish and Parks Commission, the commission shall nominate, not less than three persons for the position of secretary of game, fish and parks, who shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
