SDCL § 1-45-4.4: Services to visually impaired and deaf or hard of hearing children.

The Department of Education shall develop and implement a plan to identify and evaluate deaf or hard of hearing and visually impaired children and coordinate delivery of direct educational programs and services to meet the needs of all visually impaired and deaf or hard of hearing children in South Dakota.
