SDCL § 1-49-4: State laboratory fund.

Any money received pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in a special revenue fund in the state treasury which is established and designated as the state laboratory fund. All receipts therein shall be available to the State Public Health Laboratory and may be expended pursuant to chapters 4-7, 4-8, and 4-8A.
